Dashboard/Instrument Panel Lights

First time out in the GTA in the dark tonight and my instruments were almost unreadable! Is there a dimmer switch to alter the brightness anywhere as I couldn't find one?

Left hand side of steering cowling. Thumb wheel.

Bit better but I have a bulb out which doesn't help!
