I wonder what happened about the wheels??? I was bidding against him online, it was my 1st auction and was very tense for me! I’m gutted I didn’t win but I will continue my quest for one!

I would have been annoyed that the original wheels didn’t come with it.

All the best to the new owner Tom.

Once cars start to get into this money they just become a garage queen, and when you do drive it you will be careful rather than enjoying it as it should be driven, like you have stolen it to the max.

For the right money I can build you one and then enjoy it to the max :D

I think even the base cars are getting rarer...but then again the alpine brand relaunch seems to have pulled loads more out of garages and onto the small ads.
You did that 610 fast...and it looked very neat too. There is definitely a demand for alpine bodywork and structure and your Le Mans is a great advert for your workmanship, if that's what you want and enjoy........

As more people learn how to rotbust GTAs, more will be rebuilt / restored & not broken up for spares. They are bound therefore to increase a bit in price. However let’s hope that they still remain affordable. That is part of the appeal for me. There will always be cars that will command a premium, like the Le Mans and its understandable that the owners of these cars will use them sparingly.

LHD have always been worth Double. Frenchie still won’t buy a RHD unless it’s 75% cheaper.

Worth bearing in mind if you order a new A110...

Maybe that explains the asking price of the nearly new (1, or is it 2) Premiere Edition A110s on eBay at the present time, both LHD. Current asking price is £70K, was £72K up until two days ago.

Two PEs are priced at £70k now - 3 at £60k. I assume some have come down in price, which may be significant.

I wonder if the sellers have actually paid and taken delivery or whether they are still speculating before cancelling their order?
