New Alpine A110 owners experiences and photos.

Postby eastlmark » Sun Aug 05, 2018 8:52 am

Firstly welcome to the owners of the new Alpine A110. Rather than tacking on your photos and experiences with your new cars on the end of the huge New Alpine thread, post in here instead.
use the "upload attachment" button at the bottom of your reply to upload photos.
never thought I would want a list but now find myself needing one just to remind me: Clio V6 230, 5 gt turbo, 5 Gordini turbo, Megane RS 300 Trophy.

Patiently waiting Delivery here, I believe the car is in the U.K. Car will be like many others Alpines A110s be Blue.

Most pre-purchase jobs done , detailer lined up for PPF on the front end , insurance researched, new charger bought .

In the mean time here are some photos from a visit to Alpine Marseille back in Early July.

How many other new A110s are on here?

Me too (but you already knew that! :wave )

Also patiently-ish waiting for a blue PE this month. Had a drive up the hill at Goodwood FoS, and even in that short run, it felt brilliant. Can't wait to get it up in the hills and mountain roads around here.

Here are a few photos from Manchester yesterday, they now have some cars in the showroom and looking great.

I took delivery of my car today. Driven about 70 miles in it and its great, even better than expected. It feels just right and on a pretty gentle drive the controls and handling felt spot-on. Photographs to follow but I'm sure you all know what a blue PE looks like :)

Australia is getting the Premiere Edition all in Alpine Blue metallic paint, limited to just 60 and individually numbered plaques. I believe 22 have been sold in Melbourne and one is mine (which I ordered on the Alpine App), delivery is November. I own a 89 GTA which will need a new home. Following the Premiere Edition in the first quarter of 2019 will be the Alpine A110 Pure and Legende Editions.

If you fancy trying your new Alpine on track, we have an Alpine/Renaultsport track day coming up at Croix en Ternois in France- only about 90 minutes from Calais and a nice twisty short track to test your cars properly. Saturday 15th September. Need to be a club member. see the thread in events and meetings.

So had the car since Thursday, which was a long and great trip down to Manchester to pick the car up and bring it back.

Been running it in so Below 3500 rp for a few more days yet. It’s a surprisingly accomplished cruiser in Normal mode. I’ve not really had a chance on country roads to get to grips with it. light steering takes some getting used to. Suspension and brakes are wonderful.

Alpine Manchester were excellent in terms of pick up, going to limit use this week as it goes for a front end ppf wrap next week and GTechniq on the unprotected areas.

For those people that reserved a PE on launch did you receive the actual number car you reserved? I’ve heard that some people have received random unrelated numbers.
Trafic, Twingo GT, Vel Satis Turbo x 2, Clio V6 Proto Ph2, Vel Satis 3.5, Avantime, Alpine A610, GTA Atmo x 3, GTA Turbo x 3, R5 Gordini Turbo Mid Engine, Alpine A310 4cyl, Alpine A110, Yellow Smart
