Postby darrenbiggs » Thu Nov 05, 2015 8:20 pm

Interesting......

Certainly looks to be made to fit, how well is another question. Come on, who's brave enough to try it out. Could be one for Jon Viola as I know his has shrunk in the sun. Jon!!

They bought the dash from me, hold fire there will be a centre console leather cover soon ;-) It looks quite good to be fair.

I think they will need a dash to do a 610 version so if anyone has one they can send/sell them then the 610 version will happen.

So I take it they took one of your old dashboards as a buck then Martin? If so then should be as made to measure as you're likely to get.

I could do with a new gear gaiter actually. I think mine has shrunk over the years.

I bought a gaiter from them earlier in the year. They sent me the wrong one. It was for a GTA without the window switches next to the gearlever, despite me telling them that my car had them. Anyway they then sent me the right one without charge & it fits ok & is of decent quality. If anyone wants the other one let me know as they didnt want it back & i still have it.

The other one, without the switches, is for the lefthand drive version. Just so you know :)

These guys are only down the road from me, maybe I should go and check them out. I've known of them for a while as they offer dash covers for Alfa Spider too. If they want a center console I have two in stock. Might buy the one with red stitching for my GTA.

Mr Dini, ask them about the A610 version. If you still have yours, maybe you could show them??

Tempting but I'd rather make it go faster and stop better first....

Would be very interested to see what it looks like fitted as my car is being retrimmed next year. If anybody takes the plunge, any chance of photos please

I did this on my 610 on the centre console last year it looks good, not so shore it would look that good on the dash, may be stitching around the binnacle, however I think fitting the air vents back in could be a problem with the extra covering, as it's hard as standard on mine.
