I had a message from Kevin today - "A friend of mine has a rolling road tuning shop with a state of the art dyno. Is anyone interested in getting together a club day for Renault cars or ex Renault owners? The cost of a power run is £35 on the club day".
The exact day is TBC but it will be a Saturday. I asked him if he'd being any of his silly power machines, the answer was "yes, haven't decided which though!"
For those who don't know, Kevin is almost without doubt the leading authority on the PRV engine, having raced anything up to a 600hp turbo engine he built himself, as well as owning several of the rarest PRV variants. He is also responsible for the Quaife LSD for the UN1 and makes and sells the 500hp gearsets and 6 speed conversions.
