Meeting Dilemma/Event Clash May & June - Input Please

The next two 3rd Monday French Classic & Performance nights are scheduled for the 21st May and 18th June.

21st May is the date of the H& C Flins Visit
18th June is the return date of the Le Mans 24H Trip.

A few members have signed up for both so turn out at the ACE is likely to be slightly lower than usual.

That leaves 3 options.

1. Leave these 3rd Monday ACE meeting dates in place and just have a smaller turnout.

2. Change the dates to the 2nd Monday 14th May & 11th June and hold an event at Surrey Quays (or another venue) instead.

3. Go to the 2nd Tuesday Classic Car Nights at the ACE on Tuesday 8th May & 12th June instead.

"try" the 2nd Monday on the month, you never know, some different extra attendees might turn up. Also, it will make a good "last meet" at the ACE Cafe before the club invasions on France.

You could try moving out of ' that-there London ' and make it a weekend event .A treasurehunt type setup or the like I vote a Midlands jolly ...........2 hrs travel max for a lot of members ,how long does it take to get north of the river these days
