I think everyones "log in" will give the same result. I checked on Sunday for a Friday night out return Sat and it was £194 before discount which was reasonable, when I went to book on Monday it had gone up to £311 as stated. I then tried the out Saturday/ return Saturday and all the returns were marked as "sold out"
Today, as Stephen points out, the Saturday returns are miraculously now available but the only suitable out going is at 2.20 AM. The next one being 07.50 which is too late to arrive. unload and park a trailer.
The moral being, book as soon as you first check the cost as I am sure they monitor your usage and change prices accordingly.
As a matter of interest I also tried the ferries, surprisingly, these were even more than the £311 Eurotunnel prices.
