Spare wheels sac

I have just discover the problem to find the sac for the spare wheel. I guess this are important to use, if the wheel will be in the engine room?..
Is there anyone who had remanufacture?

It might be worth checking with Renault.... they had them available a couple of years back....and if you want to splash out, they were around £100. :cry:
