Look how nice the headlamp covers look without the lines!!

Why is everyone so keen on keeping the lines :? OK so they look OEM and match the indicators but if they look worse who cares. Maybe clear indicator covers should be investigated too to improve the look of those! Probably the worst looking part of the car IMO.

Collecting at the weekend, I'm sure I'll be pleased but the good thing is I know Andy would sort it out if I wasn't :D . Just to let anyone considering a repaint Andy's prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work excellent. Gonna get the interior sorted when I get back then shes ready to roll as my daily driver. Then its on the 8 and the last GTA, track prepped with supercharged 3.0 litre :D

I think it's personal taste. I've seen un-lined covers on some cars and for me they just look immediately 'not right' - like someone's botched a broken OE lens. Maybe as you say, it's because the indicators have the lines.
Personally, I wanted as close to OE as possible and went for the lined lenses from clee, which are great.
