god I had a panic then, heart stopping moment when I just saw that picture... what's 6 doing in 5... then I looked harder and realised it was my 5 lettering than 6, well they were all final lapped and vacuum checked where they are now anyway... I'll go back to my coffee, phew
... A diamond is only a piece of coal that did well under pressure... PRV afflicted, may be I need to squeeze harder!!!!

Lee,
I notice that the SPAX shocks have dust rubbers fitted. Did these come with the dampers or did you source them separately? If so, where from?
Reason for asking is that the SPAX shocks I have (which are not fitted yet) were not supplied with any.

Half term next week and I'm now Daddy day care so finding stuff to do that I can do in the garage at home ..
This week I shall be mostly polishing and general tarty bits .Bench polisher should turn up Mon so can finish off with a good machine buff and see just how bling we can get .

Zircotec is brilliant but only the performance White does the job as intended. The others pretty good but more for show.

The White is amazing. It's a true ceramic, even if you get it dirty you can heat it up to red hot and burn off the impurities and it's untouched. On the Renault 8 the Zircotec manifold runs with 5mm of the painted orange inner wing and it hasn't affected the paint in the slightest. I bought heat tape to put there and it wasn't required. Excellent stuff but very expensive.

Don't be tempted to save money though with camcoat or similar products because they are shit and not in the same league as JL can testify.

Yeh ,pretty much what I've been told by others .Camcoat is OK for the cold side but nowt else ......
I'll just have to see what they say when they get the bits ££££££?????

Ceramic coated system ...now can refit the mani's and build the lump .Been off this for quite a while fighting the rust buckets and keeping the doors open but time to get on and finish it ...
