I think I recognise that car, is it from Chesterfield?
It's the reg, was it originally red,'cos I went to look at that car about twenty plus years ago when it was on a pitch in Hollinsend near my Uncles house, spookily whose funeral I'm just leaving for............ :wtf

Yes car from Chesty .It has sat for a few years after being parked up,overheating etc .The owner is restoring it in memory of her late father who seems to have been quite the car nut .
Anyway it's here for full engine build and recommission .Not much rot at all really, all sills good and running gear all fairly solid, surface grot only .Bit on one of the turrets and near steering rack ....
Guts all dropped and got to split it all down tomorrow and push down the line as the now rotfree Espace green 610 is due to make a return .....

Lee,
where you get the new "ali" rad from? I think I will be needing one soon.... As I was changing my clutch master, I could see anti freeze dripping from the underplates... So I am on the look for a rad now!! It's just not my year for Alpines !! :(

Everyone's a Winner ....came with the car as Kate found one in her dads stock of bits .Looks more like the ones from French supply than ebay as endtanks more substantial.I can get UK made, Notts, but probably twice the price ... Ali gauge will be a tad better .Winner use very light plate that 'may' cause issue later in life.

Did you swap the master out for new ? Any better ?
