A310 vacuum

Postby Øyvind » Tue Mar 08, 2016 5:27 am

Good morning, sitting here eating my breakfast while wondering if anyone has an overview of the A310's vacuum hoses and connections.

These are the equivalent pages from the A310 manual covering your Phase 2 car.

As per your previous post if you fitted the holly set up, the vacuum goes on to the manifold not the carb. You will have to sort the timing out.

That looks familiar, thank you.

Spot on. That's exactly what I am trying to find out (in addition to how Edd China fixed this in a few TV minutes).

Pictures like these are essential for a rookie like me. Dear I ask if the entire book is available for downloading or buying?

This should help you.... in the members section...there are pointers to the technical help..
(I know Vince is looking at different arrangements for this material - but I think it should still be there for now)

Hmmm, The A310 section seems to be gone, as far as I can tell, but thanks anyway.

These technical pages should absolutely been operational on a website like this, imho.

Someone knowing someone, anyone?

I don't remember there ever being a set of A310 manuals on here. The club started around GTAs/A610 and then expanded to the broader base it now has.
As you have noticed this technical information is in a corner of the site just now and the coverage of some models is thinner than others.
I'm sure that if some one has a copy, this can be corrected.
If you speak French the French FAR forum had links to French versions of manuals, but I haven't visited recently. You probably have to register there too. The GTA atmo is very similar mechanically to the last of the A310 too.
Sorry we can't be of more help yet.

Hmm..it seems the A310 parts book link is broken...
There is another club site that has this info online (but not in English)...I downloaded a bunch of manuals for my gta..I'll post that in the members area..it is actually a pretty complete library.

I have the A310 parts book, in pdf format, that was originally forwarded to me by our club President. I presume that Vince would be happy for me to post it in the members section. I'll let you know.

I tried loading the parts book but the file size was too large. I've emailed it to Vince and he will attempt an upload later. I've also included a copy of the MDR which is in French but very useful. I found this some time ago on the internet.
