Resistor ?

Postby paulrob100 » Wed Nov 16, 2016 6:38 pm

On my GTA Turbo there is what appears to be a resistor or condenser mounted alongside the coil. It is earthed on the coil mounting bolt & the other end is connected to the small spade terminal on the coil. Is it a resistor or a condenser ? It does not seem to be listed in the parts book :thinking

condensor I suspect. If you have it disconnected, is there more interference on the radio.

I haven't tried that Simon

I will give it a go, although the radio is poor anyway
