cylinder liner shims.

Anyone got the Renault part numbers for the three thickness of liner shims...ready to put this thing together again.

They are all in the parts book but not sure which ones are still available.

I have all three colours of the plastic types in stock but new old stock so not sure if you could trust them.

Stephen, This is for a Z7X 610 engine...93mm...do you have these shims in their sizes ? I tried to contact you about replacement liners but got no answer...got some from Simon,s...can you advise me on the brass plug next to No.1 main bearing in the block...is it the oil pump pressure relief valve...if so how do you get it out...it broke my tool...maybe have to heat the block ?...where can I download a copy of the parts manual for a D503.

I have heard from some that you cant always beleive the tickness of the gasket with the colour markings. So always best to measure their thickness too.

Yes the ones I have are the 93mm version. Had a few requests for these lately.

The 610 parts book is the same as the gta one you just need to make sure you are looking at the page or part with the D503 reference.
